Also there's the important fact that treating business-only applications 
as the majority of computer use is probably slightly skewed.  This test 
is very specific:  not 'everyday computing for a majority of people', 
but 'everyday computing for a majority of white-collar office workers'. 
  Slightly different sample there.  And it doesn't take into 
consideration specialized applications like CAD that have, I bet, a 
sizable user base there.  There's a lot more to office computing, and 
always has been, than just word processing and spreadsheets.
