You haven't missed anything Mike. But now, at this moment in time, I

Today was a dire, dire, day, which came to a head about two hours ago
with my 'boss'. I might be wrong in saying this, but I feel that it's the
lowest point I'll ever reach, and I don't know how to handle it. I feel like
a pawn trying to escape it all with 5 or 6 Queens around me; "You are going
to PAY, AND THEN you are going to DIE Steven! MUUUAHHHAHAHAAAAAAA!!!"
Seriously, I feel bad. :o/

FYI, the "Heroes" TV show that aired last night provided a good example on how to
handle a PITA boss.

Sometimes the best option is to just walk away from it...
Had a day like that about 10 years ago, and seriously, being unemployed
for nearly 6 months was an *improvement* over the crap I was putting up
with at work.

No...not really. That's a good way to get fired and/or arrested.

Yep, I can't imagine it going any other way. The only other alternative that I can
think of is that Hiro blinks back in time and somehow convinces the dude to step up to
the plate. Not a likely
scenario, though.
BTW, I don't like being left hanging from last season. Why did they have to jump
ahead?!? Grr >_<

I know, I've done that before at a younger age. In fact, I've been
unemployed quite a few times, but I've 'never' stopped working, and you
know, I'm proud of that. :)
