I've downloaded it, run the EXE, and the setting is clicked for "Use Editor".

Any tips?

Hmm.  I don't recall ever having had a problem.
Maybe just reinstall it and see what happens, making sure to document the entire
process in case it really doesn't work...

Maybe try "run as administrator"?

What is the "Use Editor" setting?
