Alternately, use any of the available freeware tile making programs (such as
"Buttonz & Tilez") to make a repeating tile and apply it using an image map.

One possible way:
Create a colour_map with the appropriate colours and in the correct
proportions. Have a map with sharp cutoffs between the various colours.
Apply that map to the cells pattern.
Add some turbulence.
You can also scale it unevenly.
