Is it possible to create a surface and give the two sides different colors?
I don't mean changing color to the interior of a sphere or similar, but to
the two sides of, say, a triangle.
I would prefer not to use two triangle one next to the other, but only one
triangle.

interior_texture works just as well for triangles as it does for
spheres, it's just less obvious which side is the "interior". I believe
that if the vertices of the triangle go clockwise as you look at it,
then you're looking at the interior and if they go anticlockwise then
you're looking at the exterior.
