Hi,

I wondered if Povray is able to do image based rendering, using HDRI-Images.
I'm quite new to Povray and rendering at all, but I'd like to combine real
photographs or Terragen images (with SO-Pack HDRI-output) with Povray
images, using a realistic lighting. I read that BMRT could do it, but
Povray?

Thanks in advance
Sven

There's a patch that can do it, but the POV-Ray 3.5 version hasn't been
released yet (there was a Megapov version).
This reminds me that I have to contact the author about it because the HDRI
support works quite well and gives impressive results. More soon I hope.
