Hi everyone!

I want to render a bottle, but can't find a good method for it.. The
SOR-thing is too thin.. Or how can I increase its thickness?
What method is the best to render a bottle?

Use a lathe or difference of two sors. The surface has no thickness, it
is infinitely thin...this is the case for all POV objects. You just need
to create a surface that completely encloses a volume. With a lathe,
just use a spline continuing along the inner surface. With a difference
of sors, make one sor for the outside surface, and difference it with
another similar but smaller sor for the inside surface. Make sure the
ends go together properly, you don't want to leave an opening between
the two surfaces at the top.

Thank you!
Can you create a sample for me?
Are there any programs for creating lathe-objects more easily? In a
3D-program called "Amapi" there is such a help where you draw some dots and
lines and they are rotated then. In POV the only method I know is trying to
find the correct coordinates for the points. That takes a long time when you
use Bezier.
