The Release candidate will expire tomorrow and will be replaced by another
one afaik. So, I would suggest to wait just another day and you will have
the latest version. I don't know for sure, but probably the RC2 will expire
again another week later. But if you made the full download once and don't
want all the fixes in the additional files you can only download the
VC++-compiled verion of Pov.

I don't really understand why expiration means that it's not ok to
download it. You speak like it said "this version will expire so it's NOT ok
for you to download it!"
