I have read a few times about versions being compiled for pentium
processors.  Are there any differences running these on an Athlon (1200 or
XP1800)?  Are there Athlon specific compiles?

I'm just curious, it still runs much faster than my old P166 :)

  You are surprised that a program runs faster in a 1.2GHz Athlon than in
a 166MHz Pentium? :-o
