I want to make clouds with some color taken from the sunlight coming from
behind. There is a way to do that or changing the texture is the only way?

With media clouds, yes.  Not sure about another way besides that, or like
changing the textures as sunlight color changes which you mentioned.
I'll post a example of it at povray.text.scene-files, but be forewarned I
used MegaPOV to render it faster than would otherwise be.  It can also be
done in version 3.1, just somewhat more slowly.

You could use motion blurred planes.
I have posted an example scene at ptsf and an image at pbi.

I liked your sky type. I'll just change some colors since that my scene is
on a sunset.
