I do not think there is one available. We do have several German visitors
to this news server including one member of the POV-Team :)

Foreigners might not know what "foreign" means, so they'd post

povray.deutsch
povray.francois
povray....
;)
I don't really know how to say these languages in these languages
excepting espanol, so i could be wrong.
