Hello, I am new to the world of POV-Ray, but I dislike the interface for
POV-Ray for Windows BIGTIME! Is there a cleaner interface available as a
frontend to the DOS version? Or are there some extensions and such to make
POV-Ray more pleasuarable to look at...

Just use any text editor you want..
You can for example try Textpad, wich I find very good(www.textpad.com) or ultraedit
that
some of my friends use...

personally, I find the 3.1 editor very nice to use, esp. after reconfiguring it to fit
me...
