Please don't do that. This is a newsgroup, not a website. Oh, and your
Enter key called. It's feeling neglected. (Translation: try to post so
your message isn't all on one line when read with a real newsreader.)

The current release of Moray doesn't work automatically with POV 3.1. The
next release will. You can either keep an eye on the Moray site and wait
for the new version, or you can download the older version of POV. Also,
you might want to check out the moray groups on this news server for
people who might know more about Moray.

There were a couple of books, now out of print, for version 2.x of POV-Ray.
They're still reasonably accurate, but things have changed enough that
they wouldn't get you past the basics even if you could find a copy of
either. To my knowledge, there are no newer books in English for POV-Ray.

In answer to the first part of your question I first have to tell you
that I'm running POV-Ray 3.1a. Morray 3.01 will work but I am having a
few problems like lock-ups after a couple of renderings.

Open Moray then click on the Render menu. Click on Rendering Options.
Click on the POV-Ray tab. A "preference" box will open up and down
toward the bottom you will see three places where you can enter a path.
The first and last place are your preference but the middle one is where
the POV-Ray executible is located. The name of the executible is
pvengine.exe. On my computer, with my version of POV-Ray, the path is
c:\POV-Ray for windows v3.1\bin\pvengine.exe. There is a convientient
browse feature button to make it easier.
