Changes since previous version:

* If two faces share one edge, they can be merged into one face by 
selecting an option from the context menu for that edge.
* There is now a feature to lock one or two coordinate axes so that 
vertices that are dragged move only in the free axes.
* Active options are now checked in the menus in addition to being in 
the pressed state in the toolbar.
