Hallo,

after geting some user reports which have had trouble with SMPOV / 
RenderAgent on Systems with limited user-rights (SMPOV tries to read the 
POVRAY Path from Registry) I have done some changes, which are up now.

Actually SMPOV tries to find POVRAY and if all fails, the user can put the 
path of his choice into the "private.ini" or "r-private.ini".
