Hello. I'm Japanese student.

Can the projection model used in pov-ray be expressed by some equation?

For example, this is the perspective projection conversion formula used in
OpenCV.(It is in "Detailed Description" in the page.)

If you can formulate the ultra wide angle model, fisheye model, or basic
perspection model used in pov-ray, I would like to know the formula. Also, if
there is something that should be referred to in that regard, please let me
know.

I guess you already looked through the documentation?

the illustrations accompanying each camera type may give you dome information.
