Last night, I uploaded an image to the newsgroups here...
http://news.povray.org/povray.binaries.images/message/%3Cweb.59a1bf2754c85aac883fb31c0%40news.povray.org%3E/#%3Cweb.59a
1bf2754c85aac883fb31c0%40news.povray.org%3E
It uploaded OK; but its small preview image isn't showing up--and the image
doesn't show up in 'image digest (100 newest images)' either. This can't be due
to the file-size (which is only 738K). But the image itself is 3000 X 530
pixels-- a width-to-height ratio of about 5.66:1. I'm guessing that this is the
problem.
When posting an image, is there some kind of pre-set width-to-height 'cutoff'
ratio that we need to be aware of, so that we don't exceed it? I.e., a ratio
that, once exceeded, prevents such an image from showing up as a preview and in
the image digest?
