Hi, I already could generate 12 bit color depth images with POV RAY in PNG
format. Now I was wondering if anyone knows any program with which I can use
this images as frames and create video but maintaining the this 12bit color
depth of the original images. Thanks!

You might try RAD video tools, BINK and Smacker.  I use these in conjunction
with a utility that changes the frame rates of .avi files.
