I often use biterscripting for processing/creating CSV files. Take a look at the
sample script that processes CSV (Comma Separated Values) at
http://www.biterscripting.com/SS_CSV.html .

I may be able to get you started by writing a quick script for you, but I need
to know the exact format of input and output.
