(....I have these artifacts....?)

It's a test render at 3500*1300 with radiosity final

    Yes, it looks like you have the common "The page cannot be displayed" 
artifact.

     Forget that above,  ;o)  it's back now.

        You need to use Anti-aliasing to get rid of what are affectionately 
known as 'Jaggies'.
