Hi
why not creating a modeler made with a 3D sphere(like a maya hotbox but a
hotsphere in 3D)which would contains all the icons of the modeler leaving
the space for seeing the scene in full screen.for instance the first layer
of the 3D hotsphere would contain the icons of all the pirmitives
shapes, ans then if you click on the box icons for instance the 3D sphere
changes with the icons related to the bos:extrusion, bevel, light, texture and
so on...The 3D hotsphere can be moved in all the 3 directions spaces.
how about?no need to say it is hard to do,i know it:)but friend of mine who
are infographists(using maya or 3Dmax) were delighted by the idea,so...
Bye Stef

Sounds like an interesting picture, but not really a useful feature for
a text-based programming language like SDL. Maybe this would be better
in one of the Moray groups?
