I am looking for default values of various fields under pigment, viz:
ambient,diffuse,specular,emissive,reflection(0.0?),refraction(0.0?).  Can
someone provide answer to this?

What? finish or pigment - you should get your terms right.

There are neither finish nor pigment components called 'emissive' and 
'refraction'.
