Sounds good to me.  5 pongs each and we post images and source publicly.
What about time?  I'm assuming we're going to do this pretty informally -
I'm one of these people I'm afraid that occasionally has the 'busy week'
and produces nothing for ages, then pumps out 4 or 5 pics in a 2 days when
I finally get back to the game!  I guess we're just going to do this on an
it's-done-when-it's-done kind of basis?

Yeah. Do it when you can, and it takes however long it needs to. I'll get
started on my serve. =)
