I just released a newer version of POVColor (1.01).  There is a setup file
(povcolor_setup.exe) that installs it and the source, and there is the
source file (povcolor_src.zip) that just contains the source and project
files for Windows.

Changes:
-Fixed problem in color picker dialog where clicking on a color bar did not
change the color to that position.
-Changed gradient part to save files in a different format:

#declare <name> = color_map { ... }

-Added preset support to gradient part.
-POVColor now remembers the last used custom colors and gradient between
sessions.
