I do not know of any POV-Ray specific files of the Voyager but I have a few
sites listed at http://www.povray.org/links/3D_Model_Sites/ that have the
voyager model available that can easily be converted to the .pov file format
( look for sites described with Star Trek models).

Jon, artist Taura Learfox used the Moray modeler to re-create the USS
Voyager. You will need Moray to render or export to POV-Ray include
files. This, and other Star Trek starship and small craft Moray (.mdl)
models may be found on her pages at:

This model may also be available in the same .mdl form at Moray's Home
Page - http://www.stmuc.com
I've rendered Taura's models in the past and they are quite nice. She
really has an eye for modeling Federation ships, including DS9's USS
Defiant and a Klingon cruiser.
