I have one project that uses Megapov which works with Povray v3.6. I also want
to be able to use v3.7 for its speed using mult-processors. How can I install
both versions at the same time?

I am doing something similar. Using v3·6 with a modeller and 
v3·7/Uberpov for speed.

Povray v3.6 installed here
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\POV-Ray\v3·6
And Povray v3·7 in
C:\Program Files\POV-Ray\v3.7

The installer picked the directories.

Have a folder for version 3.6, and a second one for version 3.7 
executables and some version specific ini files.
They can share the same includes folder and source folder(s) for the 
scene files.
