A DOS program for generating models of the solar system called POV-Ray
Planetarium is listed here:

http://objects.povworld.org/links10.html

However, the link is dead. Anyone have a copy laying around they could
send me? Is it a 16 bit application? (I'm running 64-bit Windows 7.)

I found an F. Bruder's Kepler motion include file.

http://frankbruder.fr.ohost.de/pov_en.html

At first glance it seems to be able to plot the planets after inputting
the correct parameters. However, I'm not sure about "time of periapsis
passage", whether it's safe to use the sidereal period in place of the
anomalistic period.

Managed to track down a working download link:

http://objects.povworld.org/cat/Space/

Haven't installed it yet.
