Folks,

I've set up a bug tracker at http://bugs.povray.org/. This allows bugs to
be lodged by any registered user, plus allows voting on bugs (in terms of
importance for fix). It's also possible to add comments to existing bugs,
in case someone other than the submitter wishes to provide additional
information.

I've already posted this in the beta-test group; the reason for posting
here is that I'd like to get bugs for 3.6 in there as well since we intend
doing a 3.65 release (primarily to address Vista issues, but there are
other bugs to be fixed).
