Greetings.

I need your help: I have to place a number of objects to the surface and
underground of some union and difference objects. I am now in the need for a
formula which allows me to place objects to those surfaces and undergrounds.

Thanks for your help,

Sven

I had the same problem. If you speak a little french, you have the commented
code of a macro that does similar things on my website :
http://croquis.over-blog.com (the macro is in chemin.inc and is called
chemin_colline ; it places stones at the surface of a curved object, making
path)

Allo Monsieur Seb,

no, unfortunately I don't speak much French anymore. I learned it at school,
but have forgotten almost everything of it. But even so, no problem: If I
can get the POV-Ray code from you, I should understand it.

By the way, I have seen your image with the stones on the chemnin surface,
and I even like the stones quite a lot! Well done! Can you give me also the
source code for these stones?

Best greetings,

Sven

No problem : the stone path is created by the chemin macro...take it from my
site (go to PAGE DE TELECHARGEMENT)
The texture is awful : it is just a marble pigment with a bad color-map.
