Yes, entire command-line would be like:
pvengine.exe /render /exit filename.pov

I wasn't sure where myself, although fairly certain it was among other
command-line options, so I went looking. Found it at section 1.3.1 Special
command-line options.
Would be a good idea to read more there. Easiest way to find it is by
pressing F1 key (while POV is running) then going into the section 1.3
Command-line Options link and finally the 1.3.1 link.
Unfortunately, I noticed that using a search for the word exit didn't get me
there so easily... but it was one of the places to choose from.
