How can I legally sell CD's with povray, do I have to: 
* charge only for CD record/transport/etc (not for the program itself)
* informing that povray can be downloaded for free
* leave all readme/license/credits files
* others...?

(to be legal with PovRay team, ofcours paying taxes etc is my own consern)

According to our previous discussions about using betas by Rafal perhaps it's
also worth to quote http://www.povray.org/beta/ : "POV-Ray betas are
binary-only and may not be distributed on CD-ROM or other physical media".
