Yes, mr. smartypants, but the notes above suggested a completedness to the

... and the web server says "during this time" [during the transition], the
web server may lag behind the other version.

Would you rather they just remove it altogether? If you keep complaining about
it...

Have I complained about the work the admins are doing?  I objected to
RTFM'ing a reasonable query.

Chris' note implied a completion to the transition, but the web server
doesn't merely "lag,"   it's stuck at a few days ago.
