Probably the php doesn't make it easier for the box ...

Actually, take a closer look at the CPU load. It is surprising how little
load php and mysql cause.

Sadly, no. Not one single one since before the day of the 3.5 release.

That's wrong. I have asked Lutz Kretzschmar for hints how can I buy four
cdroms and one keyring. But have not payed yet. No doubts I finish it in a
week (it's hard becouse I work when bank work, my internet account not allow
paying in germany and I have no credit card).

I don't know how far you are from the border, but maybe just make a short
trip. At least you will have much less costs at the bank than for an
international money order...

Not so. I just got my order, which was placed about a week
after the release, and arrived safe and sound a few days ago.
So you see: You should always, always avoid absolute statements.
They're NEVER true. ;-)
