I downloaded the Maya Personal Learning Edition.
Though I meet the specifactions of RAM (512 MB), the
processor (requires 600Mhz, got 1.4Ghz), the OS (Win98),
...
it wouldn't run.

Poser would be great though. But I'm not in the UK... ;(

The Maya PLE only runs on WinXP, or other forms of NT,
not on Win98 or ME.

Yeah, it is kinda hidden in the small print. Like they figure
everybody knows Maya is an NT platform package...
I put it on one of the machines at the office, but haven't
played with it much.
