May I suggest getting rid of the "troubleshooters" first. The purest form of
wasted space I've ever seen. The hovercraft example pales in comparson.

LOL!  Look at the date on that.  In OE5 on the header pane, it shows 99.
Interestingly enough, if you double-click on the header (using OE), the year
(in the 4-number format) appears to be 2099.  Now how did THAT happen???
