Got mine yesterday. It looks fabulous. It's already getting
scuffed by the other keys.

Does any body know how many were sold?

Got mine this morning. I'm usually not fond of memorabilia/collector items
but I have to admit that this one is really nice and stylish, and quite
mysterious for those outside the Pov-world :-)

Got mine today. One on my house keys, one on my car keys, and one
sitting around waiting for me to find something to use it on :)

I like them, but there were a couple of rough edges I took off with my
diamond knife sharpener thing. Not that I'm complaining :)

Bye for now,
     Jamie.

Just got my keyring...it's really nice!

Also just got my replacement modem after buying a new computer
with WinXP which doesn't like the internal modem that I
originally had...anyways, my computer is a 1.8 Ghz Pentium
IV with 512 MB of DDR ram, a 107 GB HD, a DVD+R drive...and
windows XP home edition O.o

Blank DVD-Rs only cost $5 down here...why, I remember when
CD-Rs cost $5 each!

The only problems I have with windows XP are compatibility
ones; it doesn't play the sound on some old games properly
(might be correctable) and programs NOT written for NT/2k/XP
don't have internal unicode support...*pout* Unicode is cool!

On a side note, something you may want to think about for any future
production runs is using a small split ring between the keyring and large
split ring, as I can see the current open ring arrangement failing under
stress, as that sort of arrangement has failed on me before.

Bye for now,
     Jamie.

I noticed this and fixed mine with a pair of pliers turning the
small ring *into* a sort of split ring. It won't fail now.

Replaced my old keyring yesterday. It's great, looks so much better than my
GM Truck one and makes POV-Ray that much more *real*. I even put my keys on
in such a way as to show the logo while in the ignition switch, seperating
the door lock from it to do so though. I have matching blue keys but the
lock one is rounded (as many are) and I always felt which was which before.
Only time will tell if I can manage with each on opposite sides. Might be
the most arranging I have ever done with keys ;-)
Since I got 3 one will be for display and another given to my parents who
will be least likely to lose it in case I lose mine. Ahh, the vanity of it
all.

Hey, thank you so much Chris Cason, Tony Bennett, Rune S. Johansen, and
everyone else for making it possible to own this keyring.

The task is now for everyone who bought a POV keyring to
model/render it in its present state with keys...;)
