Can anyone point me to where I could download this great utility, Daniel's
site at http://members.nbci.com/dvarrazzo/eindex.htm seems to be down. Even
better, could some kind soul e-mail it to me. (I don't keed the help files,
just the inludes would do.)

A big thank you to any one who helps out.

(have it on a CD I cannot read due to my current hardware configuration)
