Does anybody know how to model a thin booklet, such as a cheque book?

Thanks,

I Can't see the problem - Simply take its scales, analyze it, and you got
it.
The real problem is to model the book that will have a tiny gap for the
booklet.

The problems, as I see them, are:

1 - texturzing and normalizing the the pages edges, as they show when the
booklet is laying flat and closed on a surface;
2 - normalizing the cover, so it doesn't look totally flat. I am even
considering using a bezier patch for it, but would like to know if there is
a better way.
