I've just found some tools on Rainbow Studios' web site for editing
Motocross Madness tracks.  The basic height maps for MCM are TGAs.  Creating
these with Pov would eliminate the need for an expensive program like
3dsmax.  Does anyone know a good primitive to use to create dirt jumps?
