I'm just curious and can no longer run Win2K because of my video card, and
was just wondering. Is Win2K a better rendering environment than Win98?

It's my belief that it is in a lot of ways. My main justification would be
stability. The other would be support for multiple processors. This is
just my experience using it for MAX (because it's multithreaded and I was
using a dual SGI 320), not sure how it rates when it comes to pure speed
differences though.
