If you need 2.2.7 go to: www.teleport.com/~dearmad I house it there.
2.2.7 is much better than the v3.0 DOS version which wiped out some
critical features- I use it over 3.0 all the time.

By the way... The v3.0 Alpha4 version you have on your site is obsolete.
You dissapeared a while back and I had to come up with a new link to DTA.
After floundering about for a couple of weeks I finally hunted down Dave
and he was kind enough to compile a final (no Alpha) release of v3.0 for
me. I have made it available, with Dave's permission, on the ftp server
at pvoray.org - ftp://ftp.povray.org/pub/povray/utilities/dta/
You may wish to update your site with the latest and last version
Dave plans to make available.
Cheers,

It'll only go off again. Overclocking I think... if not something in bios...

Yeah true... and darn good ones at that- I sometimes use Bink for my AVI
needs though. Depends upon which folder I find myself in sometimes. :o)
I keep both around, and the WIN version too.

I replaced it I thought- I know I d/l'ed the latest version
(non-alpha). Maybe didn't update the link or the text on the page- I'll
check that this evening. Got too much animation in front of me that
needs plotting at the moment.

I've got three versions in my \windows\command directory, because one
supports gif, the second tiles and more functionality (now), and the third
avi's.
Anal...
