Over 19% of the voters were disenfranchised due to a confusing ballot box html
form which did not make it clear that a name was required.
<bad joke=off>
I am sorry for that political joke, but it's the first thing that leaped into
my head.
Please accept my thanks for all the work you put into this, and at the very
least it taught me to prepare to avoid a few kinds of mistakes in running the
10best project.

I know that was a joke, but I'd like to say something about it anyway.
The percentage of invalid votes ended up being 15%, but I'm pretty confident
that at least half of those came from voters who later submitted valid
votes. Anyway, when I tried to run the statistics using the invalid votes
also, it didn't change the results considerably.
