As promised i made a new version with the following changes:

- changed byte order of 48 bit color PPM files for being compatible with
POV-Ray.
- allowed loading of PNGs from interrupted POV-Ray renders.
- improved handling of large image files.
- added function for merging several image files.
- added 'levels' color correction tool.
- various minor improvements.

Some of these changes were quite large, especially the new image display,
so there could be problems, i tested with images up to 4800x2700, but only
on Windows NT 4 so i don't know about other Windows versions.

The 'levels' tool is quite similar to the one in GIMP, those familiar with
that program will not have problems with this function. Documentation is
still a bit sparse...

Tried the levels and curve editors, which work fine.
Does the depth data modify the focal blur radius?

Good.

Yes, the radius given in the settings is the maximum blur radius.
