The largest thing added is a new tutorial on water, apart from that i made
a new gallery and added a 'making of' for my latest IRTC picture.

I also decided to move the website to the university server, the url is
somewhat cryptic, but on the whole it will probably be better.  The old
location will be still valid for quite some time, but please update your
links.

Thank you.  Very useful.  It also gave me a great idea, which unfortunately
I cannot use for the just-ended IRTC Stills competition.  I'll just have to
play with it on my own.

Yeah.  Sorry.  I said "just-ended", I meant "just judged".
