Yes, several people here do so often. I think Gilles Tran has some
info on this subject on his site - http://www.oyonale.com/

If not at the minimum you need to know is that there are conversion
programs that will take exported Poser models and convert them into
triangle meshs that POV-Ray can use. 3DWin for example -
