POV is set up to automatically save the rendered file.  It defaults to a
xxxxxx.bmp where xxxxxx is the name of the .pov file.

Maybe a look at Warp's VFAQ might help you, in particular:
http://www.students.tut.fi/~warp/povVFAQ/filesVFAQ.html#savingimage
But have a look over that whole VFAQ if you have any basic questions and it
might help for other things you want to know.
