I tried to render a car but couldn't get the desired reflection. It seems
like POV-Ray doesn't use the Fresnel equation to compute reflection and
transmission intensities according to the angle between incident ray and
surface normal. It would be a nice, if it did in the next version. Maybe by
some "fresnel" keyword in the "finish" statement.

There is a patch available which allows this, it is included in MegaPOV, 
available here: http://nathan.kopp.com/patched.htm
