Hi ...
I would like generate smooth sufrace with X,Y,Z -axis coordinates. But I can
see any example showing how can I create it.
Any advice for my problem ?

You should be more specific.
What do you mean by "with X,Y,Z -axis coordinates"?
Do mean that you would like to specify a f(x,y,z) function from which the
surface is calculated?
Or do you mean that you would supply a series of points from which the
surface is formed?
Something else?

Reading oto's original post, it almost sounds like a simple plane is
all they are looking for...
If so, oto, I would suggest reading the POV-Ray documentation,
specifically section 2.2.4.
