Well, after over a year, I have added an include file to my povstuff webpage
at:

It is called nebula.inc, and it is a modified portion of the galaxy.inc file
by the great Chris Colefax.
This file has a macro that creates nebulas that are somewhat different than
the nebulas in the galaxy.inc file.
Nebula.inc should work with all 3.1a or later versions of POV.  I plan on
making a few improvements to nebula.inc, and will post an updated version,
hopefully in the next week or so.
