I am looking for utilities that will let me easily create a cluster
for rendering povray scenes. I have 16 windows systems that I can use
for this but I can not find any thing that will work in windows. I
have worked on a remote control system that sends rendering commands
to them but i need something better.

You might want to try pvmpov, if you manage to tun pvm under windos:

Other distributed systems exist, though I haven't tried them. Search on
